About AIOS Guide
AIOS Guide publishes the systems that make AI produce real work for a business instead of generic output, and builds those systems for owners who would rather not assemble one themselves.
Who this is for
Owners of small and mid-size businesses who can already see that AI would give them hours back every week, and who would rather spend those hours running the business than working out which tool does what. Nothing here assumes an engineering background, and nothing here asks you to write code.
How this works
Everything is published. The workflows, the prompts, the business context files, the weekly cadence, all of it sits on this site in full, and none of it is held back behind a signup. Anyone willing to do the work can read a complete system and run their own version of it this week.
What we sell is the building. When an owner wants the system running inside their business rather than described to them, we map how that business actually works, build the workflows around it, and train the team that will use them. That is the done-for-you engagement, and it starts with a short application.
What AIOS means
AIOS stands for AI operating system: the prompts, the business context, and the weekly rhythm that sit around a model and turn it into output you can rely on. There is no app to install. The value is in that surrounding layer, in what the model knows about your business and what you ask it to do with that.
