These terms apply to AIOS Guide at aiosguide.com. Using the site means you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

What this site is

AIOS Guide publishes articles, workflows, and prompts about building systems around AI tools. It is educational material written from practical experience. It is not professional advice of any kind, and in particular it is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or security advice. Decisions you make from it are yours.

Using what you find here

The prompts, workflows, and templates exist to be used. You may copy them, adapt them, and use them in your own work and inside your own business, including commercially, with no attribution required and no fee. That is the point of publishing them.

What you may not do is republish the written articles wholesale, on your own site or anywhere else, or present this material as your own product. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome. Feeding entire articles into a system that reproduces them as substitute content is not.

Accuracy and change

AI tools change constantly. Something accurate on the day it was published can be wrong within weeks. Articles are dated so you can judge for yourself, and factual claims are cited to primary sources wherever possible. Even so, the material is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and no guarantee is made that it is current, complete, or fit for your particular situation.

Third party tools

The site discusses and links to tools built by other people. Those links are not endorsements or partnerships, no payment is taken for coverage, and what those tools do with your data is governed by their terms, not these. Verify anything before you run it against systems or data you care about.

Availability

The site is run by one person as an independent publication. It may go down, change, or have content revised or removed without notice, and no uptime is promised.

Accounts

Everything is currently free and no account is needed. The account system remains in place for existing users, and sign in through an emailed link may return if paid membership does. You can have your account deleted at any time by emailing the address below.

Payment

Paid membership is switched off at present and nothing on this site is being sold. If it returns, payment will run through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and the pricing, billing, and refund terms shown at the point of purchase will govern that transaction.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AIOS Guide is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or anything published on it, including reliance on its content and any outcome of running a prompt, workflow, or tool described here.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
