My Weekly Review Workflow, Automated

A weekly review only works if it's frictionless. Here's the exact sequence I run.

Step 1: Dump the week

I open my daily notes from the past seven days and paste them into one document. No editing, just raw material.

Step 2: Summarize with AI

I ask Claude: "Summarize the wins, the open loops, and anything I said I'd do but didn't." It returns a clean three-part summary.

Step 3: Triage open loops

For each open loop, I decide: do it, schedule it, delegate it, or drop it. AI drafts the next action for each.

Step 4: Set next week's intention

One sentence. What's the single most important thing for next week? I write it at the top of Monday's note.

Twenty minutes, every Sunday. That's the whole workflow.
